Short-term double room in Dalston - with balcony!

My two lovely flatmates are looking for a short-term tenant for my double room for 1 month - I'm off up to Manchester. They're both very friendly, approachable people and are a pleasure to live with. The double room comes furnished, and the flat includes a furnished living room with a projector for flat movie nights, a kitchen and a balcony with a lovely view of the sunrise, and plenty of trees around.

The flat is on the border of Dalston and Stoke Newington, in a great area with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby; Hackney Downs, Abney Park, and Clissold Park are all 15-20 minutes away, and the flat is around a 10 minute walk from Dalston Kingsland and Rectory Road.

Rent and bills negotiable depending on the length of the let.
