We’re looking for two friendly and social housemates, who don't mind a natter in the kitchen, to join our home in a spacious converted warehouse flat in the heart of Dalston.

The Rooms
Room 1 – £950 pcm
Large furnished double room with a private en-suite bathroom (shower + sink).

Room 2 – £850 pcm
Smaller furnished double room.

Bills: approx. £150–£200 pcm, including a weekly/bi-weekly cleaner for communal areas.

Deposit: five weeks rent

The flat itself is a spacious four-bed, three-bath warehouse conversion with a large open-plan kitchen and living area, a rooftop balcony, and secure space for bikes.

About Us
You’d be living with myself and Nick, both in our late 20s working in medtech and engineering. Both of us work from home some of the week.

We both like exercising (big on cycling/running), travelling, having a few too many wines and watching shit telly. We’re sociable and friendly, enjoy heading to the pub, and appreciate a clean, tidy home but this is definitely not a party house.
