Room 1 – £1000 pcm
Large furnished double room with a private en-suite bathroom (shower + sink).

Room 2 – £930 pcm
Furnished double room.

Room 3 - £920 pcm
Double room.

Bills: approx. £150–£200 pcm, including a weekly cleaner for communal areas.

Deposit: five weeks rent

The flat itself is a spacious four-bed, three-bath warehouse conversion with a large open-plan kitchen and living area, a rooftop terrace, and secure space for bikes.

- 5 minutes to Dalston Kingsland
- 10 minutes to Dalston Junction
- Surrounded by great cafés, pubs, restaurants and gyms
- Above The Factory in Dalston

About me
I’m a 28yo girlie from Manchester, who’s lived in London now for the last six years. Hobbies include the pub, watching shit telly, getting lightheaded in the sauna and spending all my money on overpriced sandwiches. Otherwise, I'm a regular gym goer, swimmer and a wanna-be cyclist. I work in medtech, and wfh 3-4 days a week.
