Bright Double Room*Hackney-Dalston*June-August

I'm buying a flat and looking for someone to take my lovely room for the summer (1st of June to 30th of August). Wouldn't be moving out otherwise!

Ideally, we're looking for someone for the whole summer, but we don't mind small variations.

The room
3m x 3.4m, on the 2nd floor. Comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, an oak chest of drawers, a clothes rack, and a 1m wide desk. Note: the clothes rack and desk in the photos aren't the actual ones, but similar.

Cost: £915/month all-in
£745 rent + £170 covers all bills, council tax, 200mb/s internet (fastest available), and a weekly 2-hour clean of common areas, cleaning products.

The house
5 mins walking distance to Dalston Junction.
3-floor, 1 living room, 5-bed ex-council house with 2 bathrooms (both with showers), a fully equipped kitchen, all the usual home appliances, a dedicated storage room, and 2 large storage cupboards. There's also a back garden with a hot tub. Garden's a bit messy right now but we're working on it :) Super central Dalston, 50m from The Victoria pub, and surrounded by more restaurants, cafés, and bars than you'll have time for.
Note: some of the plants in the living room belong to a friend - we're looking after them while she moves.

The flatmates
Four of us, ages 23-32, multinational (2 Brits, 1 Spanish, 1 Czech), LGBTQ-friendly. Occupations are a mixed bag: a fine arts grad in marketing, a science researcher for charities, an AI safety researcher, and a genetics PhD. We're all hybrid workers, in the office 1-3 days a week and WFH the rest, so the house has a nice daytime energy without being on top of each other. Everyone has their own dietary choices (vegetarian, vegan, flexitarian and everything in between). It's a zero-friction house, very chill and friendly. We have friends over kinda often and sometimes cook and eat together.

A heads up on house vibe: this isn't a party house, but it's not a silent monastery either. Friends visit regularly and every now and then someone crashes on the sofa for a few nights, maybe once a month. If you're after a social but respectful atmosphere, you'll fit right in.
