BEAUTIFUL, bright, spacious, freshly refurbished Victorian house, with friendly, sociable housemates, a big sunny garden & patio, a gorgeous living room, 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms - the house is massive! It has a really cosy, lived-in feel rather than a sterile flatshare vibe.

The room itself is huge and bright with lovely afternoon sun. It has high ceilings so it feels even bigger in person, and comes with a double bed, 2 double wardrobes, a desk, and a bookcase. It also features a massive bay window, an antique fireplace with a gilt gold mirror above, and a beautiful ornate ceiling with an antique chandelier.

We're in the heart of Dalston (Zone 2) — just a 5-minute walk to both stations. It’s a vibrant, creative, alternative area with loads of cafes, pubs, restaurants, nightlife, events and arts venues. There are also loads of great green spaces nearby, including Hackney Downs (5 mins) and London Fields (15 mins).

We are friendly, respectful, professional/creative housemates. Everyone is independent and busy with their own lives, but we get along great. We occasionally have house dinners, BBQs, quiz nights, or just chill with a movie, but the overall vibe is relaxed, considerate and sociable. It's a rare mix of a peaceful home atmosphere while still being in the middle of everything.

Dalston is central and extremely well connected; you can get to the City, Liverpool Street, the West End, Angel and Victoria in around 20 mins. Shoreditch & Stoke Newington are only 10 mins away.

We also have an amazing street market nearby with fantastic value fruit & veg, and all the big supermarkets and high street shops are right on our doorstep.

The house itself is on a very quiet leafy street with lovely neighbours and a real community feel. Bonus is that our bills are remarkably cheap, which keeps living costs way down.

The room is available from 10th June, though there’s some flexibility on dates.
