Cosy Studio Flat Available

Cosy studio flat available on Bradbury Street in the heart of Dalston. This isn't a brand new amazing modern flat, it's in an old building and is pretty dated, but I love it. Only leaving because I'm moving onto a boat.

The flat has served me well for almost 2 years and I'm looking for someone to come and take over the last few months of my contract, with a view to potentially signing a new lease if they wanted.

I'm not in a hurry to leave, but if there is someone out there needing a spot, then reach out!

NOTE: This is not a quiet residence, there is a bar / club downstairs and a lady with a bouncy child upstairs, please don't consider this if you need serenity and calm, this will not be the place for you.

Note: that most of the ‘stuff’ will be gone barring bed, mattress, wardrobe, book shelf, storage boxes x 5 behind curtain, kitchen table and two benches.

I’ll also leave my washing machine for your use until your sublet concludes.

The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and shower.
