(Short Term) Lovely and Modern One bed in Dalston

Hi! My spacious double bedroom is available in a modern 2-bedroom flat in Dalston from 8 August for 2–3 months, with the possibility of extending for the right person.

The flat is bright, quiet, and finished to a high standard, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances, underfloor heating throughout, and a lovely communal courtyard that’s perfect for enjoying the summer or hosting a BBQ.

You’ll have:

* A cosy furnished double bedroom with plenty of storage
* Your own private bathroom with a bathtub
* Access to a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and living area
* Secure double-gated building with keypad/intercom entry

You’ll be sharing with just one friendly professional woman in her 30s. I’m heading back to Asia for a few months due to family commitments, so we’re looking for someone who will enjoy and look after the space. We also occasionally have furry visitors, so being dog-friendly is important.

The location is fantastic - just 5 minutes’ walk from Dalston Junction, with amazing cafés, restaurants, parks, and transport links on your doorstep.

Short lets will also be considered.
