Sublet Available from 19th July - 12th September

I have a room available from 19th July to 12th September. It gets great evening sun and looks out over a terrace and garden.

The room is on the top floor of a large house, so it’s quiet and comfortable. It comes furnished with a bed, desk, and drawers.

The bathroom is right next door and is shared with just one other person.

The house is a spacious four-storey property with a large kitchen that opens onto a garden and BBQ area. There’s also a big living room with a terrace on the third floor.

The flatmates are all working professionals and longtime friends, creating a friendly and sociable home. They’re active and enjoy spending time together, but it’s also a relaxed and respectful household.

Dates can be flexible if needed.
