Double room in our cozy flat in Dalston

The house is on a quiet dead-end road in Dalston - no through traffic, good neighbours, the kind of street where people actually say hello. Inside it’s a proper townhouse: tall ceilings, big windows, more light than the photos suggest. There’s a small balcony that catches the afternoon sun - good for coffee, good for a negroni, good for a cigarette if that’s your thing.

George has lived here three years. Gina came in through friends of friends and we’ve ended up genuinely close friends, which tells you something about the house. The room has extra storage, chest of drawers and railing (see pic) on the landing if you want to keep the space clear.

We’re looking for someone to move in from August. You’d be living with George and Gina, both 28, both working. The house has a life to it: cooking together, the occasional pub night, TV on the sofa, people coming over. It also has walls and doors and the basic understanding that everyone has their own thing going on too!
