En-suite double Room in Dalston

Hello!

I'm Berenice, and I'm looking for someone to take over my lovely en-suite double room in our beautiful flat in Dalston (E8). The room will be available from July 15th.

This flat has truly felt like home to me, and I'm hoping to find someone who will enjoy it just as much. The apartment is modern and bright, with underfloor heating, a spacious open-plan living area, and access to a lovely balcony. We also have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a separate laundry room.

One of my favourite things about the building is the shared rooftop terrace, which is perfect for summer drinks and sunsets. We also have secure bike storage, an elevator, and a 24-hour concierge service.

The rent is £1,380 per month (excluding bills). Bills usually come to around £110–£150 depending on the season.

The flat is just a 5-minute walk from both Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations, with plenty of great pubs, restaurants, cafés, and shops right on our doorstep.

You'll be sharing with Alfredo and Eloisa, who are originally from Spain and Argentina and both work in the fashion and event industry. More importantly, they're wonderful flatmates. We've created a warm, relaxed, and respectful home where everyone has their own space, but also enjoys spending time together—whether that's sharing a meal, having a glass of wine, or catching up after work.

We're looking for someone friendly, open-minded, tidy, and considerate, who is looking for more than just a room and would enjoy being part of a welcoming home.
