Bright Double Room, Friendly Dalston Home

We are looking for a new housemate for our 4-bed houseshare in Dalston. The room on offer is a furnished double and is available now. We are happy with male/females between over 25 as long as its a good fit.

The house has a large kitchen/dining area with a sofa and has been totally refurbished few years ago. It also has a garden, two toilets/one shower and a storage room for bikes.

It is 2 minutes away from Dalston junction and there are several buses to central london, liverpool street, Highbury and Islington.

At the moment we are three professionals living here (37-44 YO). We lived together for many years and we get along very well; we socialise and cook together every now and then and we both like to keep the place clean and tidy. Although we enjoy to invite friends over for dinner (or a BBQ if weather allows...) this is not a party house.

Ideally we are looking for someone long-term but we would also consider short-term.

Rent is £800, bills not included, and bills are around £100.
