My current flatmate is moving pastures new, and I am looking for a replacement within a 2-bed flat, which is situated on the ground floor of the building.
I am looking for a chilled male professional individual, who is LGBTQ friendly, kind, communicative and clean. Who doesn’t mind the odd dinner together (catch up’s), has their own thing going on, whilst happy to nurture a flatmate dynamic.
The room:
• This would be the largest room of the two within the flat
• Room would come unfurnished (vacating flatmate is negotiable on the bed to remain in the room – optionally)
• Ample space for the vision of desired furniture
Rent & Utilities:
• £1172.50 per calendar month
• Bills are not included
• Utilities, electric, water, gas and council tax are around £150 per calendar month
Location:
I’d say the flat is located in a secluded prime location within Dalston.
• 10-15 mins walk Dalston Kingsland & Dalston Junction overground stations
• Top of the road is on a junction. On a left turn is Dalston high street & on the right turn, is headed up to Stoke Newington way, so best of both worlds!
• 10-15 walk to Hackney Downs Park, for any park vibe
• 20-25 mins walk to Hackney Central overground station
You’ll be living with:
Will 38, I’ve lived in East London for 7 years. Currently working in Fashion Retail, so my schedule would vary being back on weekday evenings and working on some weekends for example. I’d say I’m a chilled, sociable, clean, easy-going individual, who is up for a chat or a laugh, enjoys a dinner together and who is happy to nurture a friendly flatmate dynamic.
Availability:
Room will be available from 24th July, subject to satisfactory references, which will be processed via an agency.
