Amazing cafés to work from, a big Sainsbury's a short walk away, great parks, and everything you need nearby. It's genuinely a little gem.

💷 Cost: Around £950/month including bills.
Referencing requirement: You should earn around £39,000+ per year (roughly enough to comfortably afford a £1,300/month rent share, which is what referencing is based on).

A bit about me: I'm work full time in film and I run an active lifestyle so perfect if you do too, but it is not a deal breaker. I love to do evening run or a hike. I’m often out for film, art or music events since my friends mostly work in creative industries.

Im obsessed with Japanese culture and art and got some Japanese posters I’ll be putting up. Also, I’d love to get some nice bits for a house with the future flatmates for everyone to feel like home.

I'd love this to feel like a proper home rather than just a flatshare with social dynamic to hangout together.
