🖼 House is in great condition, has some original Victorian features and is well-decorated. Open plan kitchen-living room with skylights and bifold doors which open out to our private garden. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge-freezer, washer-dryer and a dishwasher.
Any maintenance issues are usually fixed by the landlord’s maintenance team within 72 hours. We also have a lovely cleaner who comes over once a week, this is included in the bills.
A bit about the housemates:
🧒🏽Urooj - 31 years old, moved over from Canada and work in software product. I like all the basic things like running, reading, nonsense reality tv and a good pint of Guinness.
👨🏻🦰Dan - 34 years old from London, working in Film and TV as an animator. Enjoys living an active lifestyle with gym and running. Love the outdoors and escaping the city from time to time, going to gigs, art galleries, cooking, football, chilled evenings in one of many local pubs, music.

Loves East London/Hackney/Dalston as much as we do.

Have your own thing with work and hobbies but you’d want to be part of a household where we can hang out about in the house in the evenings if we’re all about or go for a pint
