We're on the lookout for a friendly, clean and considerate female roommate in her 30s, who’s a professional with a mix of WFH and office schedule.

The room:
The room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, built in closet and room for a desk. It’s very bright and stays warm in winter and looks on to a quiet cul de sac.

The home
Our top floor flat is on a cul-de-sac so even though we’re near the high street it’s quite peaceful with limited traffic. We keep the flat clean and it’s a lovely, calm place to come home to after a day at work.

Our home is filled with greenery near Hackney Downs and London Fields. We’re spoilt for food choices, supermarkets and cafes in Dalston, such as All Press, Dusty Knuckle and Brunswick East. And all within really close walking distance.

Who we are
We’re Steph (34, Designer), Alice (32, Media), and Tina (33, Designer). We all work between the office and WFH (in our rooms)

We enjoy spending time together, unwinding with a trashy tv or games night. We love the flat to be a considerate and lovely place to live and are looking for someone who also wants to contribute to giving our home some love.

£1260/month plus approx £150 for bills.
