Rent is £850 a month plus bills, which are around £150. Deposit is one month’s rent.

Why we love this spot: 5 mins from Kingsland High Street, and very close to Dalston Kingsland (Mildmay Line) and Dalston Junction (Windrush Line), with good bus links. Hackney Downs Overground (Weaver Line) is also close. Supermarkets are about 5 minutes away, the Rio Cinema is close by, plus all the bars, restaurants, music and queer venues, yoga studios and bougie health food stores of Dalston are right on your doorstep.

About us: We are two creatively-minded women (cis and trans, queer and straight, Kiwi and Brit) whose interests include art, cinema, live music, exhibitions, yoga and salsa, who regularly take advantage of the cultural delights of Dalston and the surrounding areas. We’ve both been living here for 5 years plus now, and our housemate who has just moved out – had been here for 16 years (16!!). We are looking for a third female flatmate to join our calm and friendly home and we’re excited to meet you.

About you: You’re a woman of a similar age and life stage, who is happy to be living in a shared space and interested in making it a home. You’ll be considerate, well-versed in co-living, enjoy hanging out together for a film, drink or meal, while also liking your own space and enjoying your London life. Also – if you have some plants to bring with you, we would love that. Our departing flatmate took many of ours and we are slowly rebuilding the collection!
