Double Room to let in E8 Dalston

Lovely 3 bedroom townhouse in Dalston, near London Fields. With large garden, large seperate living room and kitchen space.

You will be living with Finn and Jura, and will be taking the main double bedroom. We’re looking for someone laidback, who’s happy to have a drink or cook together sometimes during the week.

Room going is a lovely double overlooking our large south facing garden. The room is at the back of the house so you’ll be away from the main road and any traffic noise. There is a bed and mattress you can use (but you’re welcome to bring your own) and a wardrobe, otherwise the room is a blank slate.

We are looking for someone who's up for; sharing a drink, watching the odd film, helping to keep the place clean and tidy. We’re 33/34 so looking for someone in a similar stage of life. So a social, easy going individual or couple, but not a party house. Jura works at the office mon-fri, and Finn between home and the office. We both work in the arts.

We both eat all sorts and enjoy a sumptuous steak, so might not be best place for vegans. We like to cook for each other one night a week and share food and household shopping.

We're looking for someone queer-friendly who is respectful of our trans and non-binary friends.

-Couples considered for an additional £300 pcm.
-Cats are welcome, but no dogs sadly.
-We let from an agency who are pretty laidback and reasonably responsive to any issues.
-Less than a 10 min walk to Dalston Junction, also close to Kingsland and Hackney Downs overground. A 10 min walk to London Fields too.
-Room is going for 1050 excluding bills. Bills around 150pcm.
-Council tax band: D.
-*Bonus points for anyone with a good armchair to complete the living room.
