LOCATION

Genuinely one of the best spots I've lived in London. We're in central Dalston on a quiet road, just 5 minutes from Ridley Road Market and Dalston Kingsland, and 5 minutes from Hackney Downs Park. London Fields and Broadway Market are a 15 minute walk away.

HOUSE

A lovely three-storey house with an open-plan kitchen and living area opening onto the garden. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a utility room and storage for bikes.

THE ROOM

A huge room with two big windows for loads of natural light. It comes with a bed, wardrobe and shelves, and I'm also happy to sell a bedside table, desk and chest of drawers if useful.

THE HOUSEMATES

We're a friendly, sociable group but all have our own groups of friends in the city. We get on really well, the vibe is TV evenings, the odd dinner, drinks together, or heading out for a coffee or run. We're tidy, respectful of each other's space, and have a cleaner who comes bi-weekly to keep the communal areas extra clean.

We're looking for someone who's after a home and who'll fit into a clean, sociable house. Gutted to be leaving, but it's a lovely place to move into.

RENT

£1,145 pcm, with bills coming to approximately £100 a month. We are currently going through proposed rental increases with the landlord, so this may increase slightly.
