Dalston double bedroom in 2 bed flat with garden

I am renting out one bedroom in my 2 bed, 1 bathroom flat with a small outdoor area in Dalston. It’s in a perfect NE location - everything is on the doorstep including the overground.

Rent is £1000 including bills and would be a 6 month contract to start off. The room is available now but can I be flexible on move in dates.

The spare bedroom is furnished with a bed and mattress, chest of drawers and clothes rail. The whole flat including the bedroom is freshly painted and new floors so all in perfect new condition.

I enjoy eating and drinking out, running, binging trashy TV (and discussing all things pop culture), coffee and bakery walks, reading, cooking for/hosting my friends etc. Ideally looking for someone who enjoys similar things and someone who wants to chill together in the evenings but also enjoys their own space to recharge!

I bought the flat earlier this year and have spent a couple of months doing some work on it and making it homely (I’m still working working on adding more bits to the living/dining area)! I’m now looking for a housemate to rent the spare room.

I’m looking for a female in their late 20s/early 30s - someone who is clean and tidy and respect that I’ve made the flat a home rather than a rental.

Also ideally not looking for someone who works fully remote (there isn’t space for desks in the living area but one could be squeezed into the bedroom) but happy to have some WFH days like I do!
