I’m subletting a spacious double room in Dalston for one month, starting 28 August.

The room has a double bed and plenty of storage space. Please note that the room does not have a window, which is reflected in the price.

💷 Rent: £550 for the month

The reduced rent comes with a simple arrangement: 4–5 hours of housekeeping per week (maximum). This mainly involves:

* Changing bedding and preparing the other two rooms
* Washing/drying bed linen and towels (no ironing)
* General light housekeeping related to the rooms

It’s a straightforward arrangement and the workload will not exceed 4–5 hours per week.

📍 Dalston, East London — very central, lively area with excellent transport connections and plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Ideal for a student, part-time/full-time worker, someone visiting London, or anyone looking for an affordable temporary base while between places or searching for something permanent.

Available from 28 August for one month.
