A nicely sized ensuite double room has become available in our top-floor flat in Dalston, available from September 23rd.

The room is up for grabs as the current housemates - who have been in the flat for 7 years - are sadly moving back to Australia. It is a fully furnished apartment that has great views of the city + a small balcony. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe and fits a king bed, desk, chest of drawers, and more. It also comes with your own private ensuite bathroom.

The Setup & Us
You will be living with a late 20s couple from Australia. We are both full-time professionals: one of us works in the office 5 days a week, and the other works from the home office.

It is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat, but we rent the third bedroom as an office/spare room. This means you will only be sharing the communal kitchen and living spaces with the two of us, making it a very spacious, uncrowded setup.

Rent: £1462 per month
Bills: Approx £150 per month
Location: 5-minute walk to both Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland, surrounded by great cafes, restaurants, and pubs.

The Vibe
We are laid back, tidy, and respectful. We are looking for an easy-going professional or couple who wants to be a part of our home - someone who is happy to head to the local pub, come to the park, and have a laugh, but who equally values their own downtime and space.
