Sunny 2 bed Dalston flat for short term sublet

We are renting our bright, sunny 2 bed flat in Dalston for 5 1/2 weeks between 30 October and 8 Dec while we’re on holiday. The flat is fully furnished. You will have the full flat to yourselves.

Our flat includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2 has a daybed that can be converted to a kingsize bed (it's super comfortable!), and a dedicated workspace with standing desk and large monitor. There's a second large bathroom with a tub and shower.

We have a large open plan kitchen/living room. It gets a ton of light during the day and includes all amenities such as dishwasher and washer/dryer.

We also have a sunny balcony, and access to a communal garden shared by the residents of the building.

Our flat is set up well for for working from home. We have fast fibre optic internet and a standing desk in the spare bedroom.

Rate is £650/week or £3200 for the full period 30 Oct - 8 Dec. Rent includes utilities and cleaning before and after.

Our neighbourhood is Dalston, Hackney, a buzzing and trendy part of London, with lots of cool bars, cafés, and restaurants nearby. It's great for all ages - it's a destination for food and nightlife, but also has lots of families and large, leafy parks.

We have easy access to public transport (nearest station is 5 minutes walk away and will take you to Oxford Circus in 25 minutes). There are also great cycle paths nearby that can take you into the city quickly.
