Looking for 2 friendly gals for Dalston house

Hi! My friend and I (girls aged 22 and 23) just moved into this house in Dalston, and are hoping to fill the other 2 rooms with chill, friendly people (women or queer people preferred) of similar ages (early to mid twenties).

The house is located really close to Dalston Junction station, and while it doesn't have a separate living room, the kitchen area is big enough that we hope to convert part of it into a living space. There's also a back garden space. All bills except electricity/gas included.

Note: The rooms get rented on a room-by-room basis by the agents, so we don't have final say over the tenants, but we are trying to funnel in friendly people to apply rather than having the agency pick randomly. As of 28/8, both rooms are still available, but this can change.
