Double Room for rent in Dalston

My flatmate has recently moved out and I’m looking for someone to fill their room.

📍 The flat is around 5 minutes from both Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland overground stations, has bus stops super close by that get into central London in around 30 minutes.

Kingsland Road and De Beauvoir are really close by which both have some lovely pubs and cafes, and the flat is tucked away in a quiet estate.

🏠 Rent is £1,000 + bills (around £120 a month), and the deposit is equal to 5 months’ rent. The is available from now (pending reference checks), and you’d be signing onto a contract starting 14th October. It comes unfurnished, but my old flatmate can provide a bed and mattress if needed! I’ve included photos from the original letting agents ad and ones from my previous flatmate to give an idea of the space.

✨ A little about me:

I’m 28, work in film, and have lived in London for just over a year. I’m a sucker for a cafe or pub trip (my Saturday morning ritual is a coffee and cinnamon bun from my favourite cafe in De Beauvoir!), and in my free time love going to gigs, going to the gym, and running. I’m super easy going and always up for dinner in front of the tv and a natter, but equally ok with doing our own things too. ☺️
