Double bedroom en-suite plus studio in Dalston

My name is Ignacio. We are letting this lovely double room with its own en-suite bathroom and study area; it is available to let from November until the end of March.

The flat is situated in the heart of Dalston, a two-minute walk from Dalston Kingland and five minutes from Dalston Junction. The room offers lovely views of the church and is on a very quiet street.

The flat is spread over two floors; I live upstairs and you’ll be downstairs. We each have our own en-suite bathroom, so the only shared space will be the kitchen-diner.

We’re looking for someone responsible, quiet and tidy, who will keep the flat’s atmosphere just as it is – not suitable for party people.
