Double room, 3 story House, Dalston

Hello, we have 2 furnished double rooms available, in a large 3 story 5 bed house with a garden in Dalston on a leafy quiet street.

Ideally looking for tenants between 28-40. No couples we’re afraid.

The rooms:
ROOM 1 - Good sized double, with a sash window, overlooking the back garden, freshly decorated, and available now. £760
ROOM 2 - Good sized double, big sash window, overlooking the front, freshly decorated, available now £765

Utility bills and council tax are included.
Additional Costs: £20 a month each into a kitty which covers the fortnightly cleaner and house stuff (toothpaste, bog roll, cleaning products etc). Plus we pay money for broadband and TV Licence.

No smoking in the house but back or front garden is cool.

You will be living with current flatmates Rob, Michelle & Katie, all in our 30’s. We’re professionals working in design, journalism and craft beer, hoping to find people who are easy going, tidy, respectful and looking to be part of a home. We don't expect you to be our new best mate, but someone up for socialising with the house now and then is a plus. Ability to laugh at yourself is essential.

The house is a place to chill, so if you're expecting to bring the party back here after every night out, then we're not for you.
