Large double room in Georgian Warehouse

Hey one large room available 6th July.
Due to covid our flatmate decided to go back to her home country. We have been isolating since March. Safe and well!

ABOUT THE ROOM:
The rent for the room is £750 including bills.
It’s an internal room with exposed bricks and natural wooden floorboards.
Note, the room has two internal windows but it’s well balanced with a good internal lighting and as a bonus comes as the most quiet space in the entire house!
It comes with double storage bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also the possibility of getting a desk, shelves unit and two more chest of drawers for an additional storage with no additional cost.

THE VIBES:
It’s a clean and airy warehouse conversion with natural wooden floorboards throughout the space, lots of plants, and plenty of open-plan communal space.

It includes:
- Living Room with TV corner and cozy L-shape sofa
- Dining Space featuring a 6- person table with disco ball hanging above it
- Kitchen equipped with essentials like microwave, oven, decent size fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and plenty of utensils as both flatmates love to cook!
- Bathroom includes a bath with shower screen
- Big Rooftop space that works great as a terrace. Also good for sunbathing or yoga at this time

THE PEEPS (current flatmates):
Rita is a lovely, friendly and sociable person. Always up for a little chat or sharing food with and bringing help in literally every situation. She likes skateboarding, plants and chilling out with good music.

Joao works as an interior designer and you can often see him bringing new quirky interior design accessories or new plants to the house. Always, with fresh new ideas on decorating the space! Similarly to Rita, he has great sense of humour, is easy- going and gets along with everyone easily!

We often spend evenings together but at the same time we respect each others privacy. Rita and Joao have been good friends for more than 10 years and I’m pretty sure that their positive and friendly attitude will welcome you as part of their family.
It’s not a party house but at the same time, we love spending evenings with each other over the glass of wine!

Note that the house is currently going through redesigning the interior so it may vary from the photos on the add but I swear it's going to be only better :)

THE AREA:
1 minute walk to Haggerston overground.
Free car parking in front drive. Bus routes 242, 149, 243, 67
10 mins walk to Dalston Kingsland station.
Local shops and Tesco are 30 seconds walk.

ABOUT YOU:
Looking for a young professional, ideally looking for a long-term contract. Clean, respectful, fun, someone happy to hangout but also free to do their own stuff.
