A spare room in a lovely, 3-bedroom house

Due to our house mate leaving at short notice after almost 4 years together, we have a spare room going in our lovely, 3-bedroom house near Hackney Downs Park from 1st January 2019 (or a week later).

The house has a private entrance and garden, car parking space off the street (which none of us use in case you do have a car), 2. 5 baths, space for storing bikes indoors, a good size lounge and kitchen (with a dishwasher), and lots of storage space spread over 3 floors.

The house is in a quiet, residential area around the corner from Hackney Downs Park though within short walking distance of Dalston, Stoke Newington, and Hackney Central which all have loads of great pubs, restaurants and nightlife.

The bedroom is a large size and furnished with a desk and double bed and has a large closet.

Rent is £700ppm and bills come to around an additional £30-40/month in summer, £40-50/month in winter, plus council tax (£58 per month, 10 months of the year). The deposit for the room is £540.

Nearest transport is Hackney Downs station (5 min walk) which is an easy, 8 min journey into Liverpool Street station/the City. Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction are both 8 mins away and Hackney Central is about 10 mins. There are also loads of buses from Kingsland Road into pretty much anywhere you'd want to go in central London.

We are one girl and one guy in our late 20s/early 30s and are ideally looking for a professional around the same age to share with. We both have our own interests and are often out and about, though also enjoy catching up over a cup of tea/drink when we're all home at the same time. No drugs or smokers, please. Guys or girls welcome though we do want someone who isn't going to have to be nagged to keep things tidy and do their share of the house chores, so please don't reply if you know that's not you ;)
