Dalston Hackney Warehouse - Big Double Room

Hello!

So, yeh...Our current flatmates will be leaving soon and we are ideally looking for a creative COUPLE to take over their large double room, in our spacious warehouse apartment in Dalston.

It's a big flat. There are two bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a large kitchen/lounge area. It's wooden floors, white walls and large windows with 13ft ceilings. Plenty of room to do rolly poleys or any other limb-flailing activities you may wish. There's also a big cupboard in the hallway for storage that spans the full height of the ceiling.

The bedroom itself is a great size double. There is a bit of exposed brickwork going on in there too for good measure. There is currently a double wardrobe and a double bed in there which come with the flat, but can be arranged to be removed by the landlord if you fancy something more jazzy. There is also room for a desk if this is a requirement? The room is priced at 790pcm which includes water. All other bills come to about £65 for the month per person, which includes broadband, electricity, council tax, tv license and a cleaner who comes twice a month.

A bit about who you will be living with...
I am Joe, I am a Designer mainly in the graphic realm. I freelance or work on my own client work on a day to day basis. Sylvia also works as a freelance designer. We are both creative people and this naturally extends to our household. We take a lot of pride in our furnishings and making the place look flyyyyyyyyyy!!!! Rest assured we don't spend the whole of our evenings gazing lovingly at one another - we do enjoy having some friends over for a drink, making nice food when we aren't stacked with work.

What would we like in a shiny new housemate...
- We both work a lot so ideally there won't be parties at inconsiderate times. Don't get me wrong we enjoy a good time, but there's a time and a place.
- Respect for the home furnishings as we have furnished the place ourselves (and built some of it too).
- Fun, social couple.
- Someone who likes to interact with us, chill out, chug some beers/wine, cook some house meals...
- Ideally we would be looking for creative professionals, or people working their way up in that field.
