The house is amazing and has a very large and light living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen spread across one floor. It has sash windows, fireplaces, period features and a beautiful garden.

Your own private space occupies the entire top floor of the house and has roof top views, wooden floors, is filled with natural light and has an en-suite shower and toilet.

The room is offered unfurnished but there is a custom-made bed fit for the room available for purchase, as well as other items potentially.

The room is £950 per calendar month exclusive of bills and there is a
six week deposit (£1315, showing up incorrectly on here for some reason).

You will be sharing with a 30 year old teacher and 30 year old designer.
We love the house and it's very much a home. We're really easy going to live with, and looking to share with a like minded person.

Unfortunately we can't accept couples or pet owners. The house tenancy contract is for a fixed term of 12 months starting on the 1st of April and a standard credit check is normally undertaken.
