We have a gorgeous basement flat in Dalston with a huge back garden with a large ping pong table in it! We are looking for a new person OR couple to move into the bay-windowed double bedroom at the front of the house - the room is set back from the road with a high wall seperating it from the road. The room is part furnished and comes with a wardrobe and white set of shelves, the double bed with under-bed-storage is optional.

All the rooms in the flat have new carpets or wooden flooring throughout. The flat is light and airy and the communal spaces are large!

The bathroom is shared between two of the bedrooms (as the other one is en-suite) - and has a bath with overhead shower and plenty of toiletry storage space.

The kitchen is modern with a large fridge-freezer, plenty of storage space, a dishwasher and washing machine. The living room is large with a dining/work table area in the bay windows with lots of natural light and then flat screen tv & sofa area for relaxing! We also have a record player and great sounds system with an ever-growing vinyl collection.

In the back garden there is ample space to store bikes (which is what I do) so that they are not noticeable from the street. Our landlady has recently built a very large fence around the walled garden to make it more private and secluded which will be perfect for when summer comes about again!

The transport links are great from the flat, the overground is about 4 minutes away, then there are many bus routes 2 minutes away at the end of the road...As well as this the local ameneties are brilliant with an array of shops/supermarkets/markets/bar /pubs - you name it Dalston has got it! 2 minutes away is Ridley Road Market which sells just about any type of food from any ethnicity - where you can buy just about anything.

At the moment there are three couples living here - we work in the design/media/music/fashion industries, as a result during the week we tend to be quite quiet as our jobs are very demanding. We are much more social on the weekends - and like to have dinner parties or bbq's . .
All of us are friendly, fun, creative and easy-going - we are looking for someone else who is looking for a lovely homely space to share with us.

The room is available from 15th December - so the house will be looking a little more festive than usual...
