Self-contained newly redecorated studio flat in the basement of our Victorian family home on a quiet street in central Dalston, with excellent transport connections to the city.
The flat has its own entrance. A connecting internal door is locked during your occupancy.
The flat consists of a spacious room with kingsize bed, table and chairs and clothes storage. There is an integral kitchenette and bathroom with shower.
We have previously let this flat full-time, and also for short lets. We now seek a Monday-to-Friday tenant to allow family use at weekends.
We are a doctor and psychologist with kids aged 20, 18 and 13, with only the youngest currently at home. Our main living space is not above the flat, so you won't be disturbed, but may hear some family comings and goings!
The rent includes all bills, a weekly clean, and fresh bed linen and towels each week.
We would be happy to rent from Monday-to-Friday or Sunday-to-Thursday each week. Other patterns of part-time occupancy may be considered on request.
