Hi, i am looking for someone clean and tidy to share my gorgeous flat.
it is in a great location for trains and buses and Dalston shops and market.
The flat is bright and airy, architecturally quirky in style, and has 2.5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), kitchen/diner, living room and a south facing terrace with great views over london.
it is very well maintained and comfy, with washing machine and dishwasher, a decent sized tv, central heating, wi-fi, good cooking facilities etc.
The bedroom is very big and bright, with an en-suite wet room and walk through wardrobe.
All bills and council tax are included.
One female lodger is living there as well, she is very easygoing, in her late 20's and working as a creative strategist.
The flat is owned by me, but I don't live there full time, I come back occasionally when working in London, or to do any maintenance on the flat.
I built the flat myself as I'm a carpenter, so I am quite precious about it, so I want someone very clean and tidy.
