A lovely home awaits you in Hackney/Dalston

Hello!

I'm looking for a housemate to share my happy, bright and comfortable home.

The room is available for a professional in their mid 30s to 40s.

There is a separate bathroom (with a shower) which can used almost exclusively (not quite en-suite, but sort of is).

The house has been lovingly decorated and fully furnished top to bottom with all the comforts catered for. It comes with two large common areas – kitchen diner and living room, so plenty to spread around and enjoy the space. Also a small but lovely sunny garden.

I work in climate finance and have a lot of business trips. In general I'm away quite a lot, so this is a sweet deal for you! When I am home, I love cooking, having people over and chilling at home. I have the top floor with own bathroom, so the house allows for mingling AND separation when needed.

There is also another spare room which i use as an office. We can use that room for guests on weekends etc.

The house is in an amazing location (E8) with 7mins walk to hackney down (then 8 mins on overground to Liverpool street) or about 10mins walk to Dalston Junction/Kingsland. There are many great bars/restaurants which are continuously making the community exciting.

It is a grown-up house that is well-invested and looked after, so I'm looking for someone who can enjoy it together while keeping it clean and tidy.
