Our Modern Terraced 4 Bedroom Dalston house now has a double room available from 1st September 2026.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and living room, with a lovely back garden.
We are 3 professionals: 37F, 32M, 30F. We’re friendly, clean, chilled, fun to hang out with, enjoy a beer, and always exploring what London has to offer.
The spacious double bedroom for offer is £1131 PCM. It is on the top floor with a large double bed and has a massive built-in wardrobe. There is also a desk for those who might WFH. You will be sharing a bathroom (bath too) with one other housemate. You can leave at any point- you just need a replacement and have given the land lady 2 months notice.
Bills are not included. It will add up to approx. 190GBP a month for internet, weekly cleaner, water, electricity + gas, internet, council tax, shared house shop etc.
The house has an additional single guest bedroom for guests ( and also used as a WFH office), a fully-equipped modern kitchen including a large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine/ dryer and all appliances needed. There is street parking available for a reasonably priced permit.
Dalston is a great place to live with lots of Cafes, Bars, Restaurants and Clubs in the neighbourhood. There is a big Sainsbury's/Aldi in walking distance. Great connection with Dalston Junction and London Fields a 5 min walk.

We are looking for a clean, friendly, professional (30-37) who likes to hang out with flatmates every now and then and treat the house like a home, happy for shared responsibilities (gardening, house admin ect). The more books, music and plants the better.
(No couples, sorry)
