Amazing Dalston / De Beauvoir double room in mews

Hi!

We’re two easy-going, considerate girls in our 30s, Victoria and Seren.

Our house is in a really quiet, charming mews in De Beauvoir, 2 mins walk from Kingsland Road and Dalston Junction station, and 7 mins walk to Dalston Kingsland station. Angel and Highbury are also a short walk, bike or bus ride away and we've an assortment of great pubs, restaurants on our doorstep.

It’s a bit of a special house, and rooms don't tend to come up very often as we all love being here so much :) It's modern, bright and airy, with double height ceilings, loads of open plan communal space, with an amazing kitchen and dining area for entertaining - perfect if you're into cooking.

The room that will be becoming available is on the ground floor, and has its own private bathroom. It has floor to ceiling windows, and is super quiet, as it's opposite the gardens surrounding our mews.

Our flatmate is studying abroad for 12 months, but she's happy to discuss a shorter commitment, as Covid is making it hard to plan too far ahead atm.

We'd like to live with someone professional, clean and considerate. We love animals and would welcome a pet joining the household too :)

We’ve got a super equipped, open-plan kitchen which is in frequent use, as we’re both lovers of food and feeding friends. It opens into a large lounge room with dining space, and is a great airy room to relax in with 3 huge windows on two sides, and double doors which open onto the mews.

We make the most of the local pubs and bars in the hood, but while we’re both sociable creatures, we’re a little past the wild house-partying days. We like to have friends over for dinner, and host a party or two throughout the year, but otherwise we’re a chilled, considerate household.
