We're looking for someone to move into a good sized double room in our lovely flat overlooking Dalston Square.

You'd be sharing with two easy-going, sociable professionals.

The flat is in an amazing location one minute walk from Dalston Junction station. We're right in the heart of Dalston, but overlooking a quiet square away from the noise of the main roads.

The flat has:
- a big communal living room/kitchen with lots of storage
- a large private balcony overlooking the square (great for enjoying the summer!)
- access to the residents gym
- access to the communal roof garden with views over the London skyline
- a 24 hour concierge
- secure bike storage (as well as space in the flat to store bikes)

Bills are not included but altogether come in at around £100 per month each.

The flat is furnished with all the essentials (including beds, wardrobes, sofas) and has lots of storage space.

We're looking for another sociable and easy-going professional to move in - the room is available to move in from 1st August.
