Share Lounge, Kitchen/Diner, Bathroom (there is one main bathroom plus a separate wash area, plus a second separate wc), plus two garden spaces. It's a big house so there's plenty of room and we will never feel cramped.

We are near Broadway market, London Fields with its heated Lido, Ridley Road market, and half way between Kingsland Road and Mare Street.

Dalston Junction, Dalston Kingsland and Hackney Central overground stations are all within 10 minutes walk plus Hackney Downs and london Fields mainline stations ( 6 minutes to Liverpool street) are also 10 minutes walk. Slap bang right in the middle of all of them. Plenty of bus routs to the city or west end: this location is one of the best for transport links.

I absolutely LOVE living here because of the community: wonderful neighbours, Dhamma shed a couple of doors away for Vipassana meditators, community gardeners, film directors, Retired teachers, architects, professors, students doctors and lay preachers all live in our beautiful tree-lined street.

3 pubs easy reach; Wilton way, Broadway Market, Ridley Road, Violets cake shop, E5 bakery ... organic markets, supermarkets close nearby cornershop sells everything.... If you're on a budget the turkish supermarket and Ridley Road markets are the cheapest and best places to buy food, and there are many budget cafes and restaurants, as well as some very classy ones.

Dalston is great for nightlife, bars and clubs and we also have a vibrant alternative scene... permaculture, community workshops, Hackspace, the Hive, Aho!, etc

I'm looking for a responsible, mature housemate who will be good role models for my ( slightly autistic) 14 year old son. That does not mean you have to be saint, just a responsible caring kid-friendly adult with boundaries.
