Bills are approx £200 per month for the entire flat including council tax, heating, electricity, water & wifi.

Security deposit is one months total rent and you will need to pass a comprehensive reference check by the landlord.

The Location:
Great location - ideal for commuting to central London. It is a 5 minute walk from Dalston Junction and a 7 minute walk from Dalston Kingsland. There is also a bus stop right outside the building. There are a heap of great local pubs close by and a load of amazing restaurants. Broadway Market & London Fields are also only a stones throw away.
