Double room available for a short term sublet during June and July. Room is free from the 8th June to the 2nd August. Rent is £625 per month plus bills, usually £40-£50 per month.

The flat is in a great location with Dalston Junction, Dalston Kingsland less than 10 minutes away and Hackney Downs 5 minutes away in the opposite direction.

Dalston is a great borough with something always happening and to keep you entertained. Not only will you be near Kingsland High St but London Fields and Broadway Market is a short walk away which also some great bars and restaurants.

You will be sharing with 3 girls aged between 28-32. We aren’t a party house but do love a glass of wine whilst having a good ol chat. They are a friendly bunch and will welcome you into our home.
