Hello future flatmate,

I am a retired man from Uruguay looking to share a beautiful and calm new apartment in a newly built area.

I am a calm, friendly and private person who occasionally socialises.

I am looking for a respectful, tidy and clean person.

Unfortunately, no parties, and we prefer no pets but we could negotiate depending on the pet.

This flat is in a great trending area, with many bars and places to hang out. I enjoy the cheap but good pizzas in Pizza Union and the other sports pubs. I also enjoy the Spanish tapas pub near the house. I could show you around once you are settled. There is also a big mall close to the house with Sainsbury's where I usually do my groceries.

The apartment is on the main road, Kingsland High Street. There is a lot of traffic however the windows cancel out the noise pretty well. The apartment is located between Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland Stations. There are good connections to Shoreditch/Liverpool Street by Overground/bus and Stratford and Central by Overground.

The ensuite (bathroom inside) room is furnished with a double bed and a big wardrobe.

In the apartment, there is a new large kitchen with a fridge and dishwasher. There is also a shared washing machine and good wifi.

All bills are included.

No couples, unfortunately.
