The living room is spacious, with a large dining room table and TV with Sky network. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher and the flat has a private balcony. You also get free access to a gym just across from the flat (only available to the Dalston Square community) and an amazing roof terrace.
The neighbourhood is lively, with a huge choice of restaurants, bars, pubs, clubs, parks, etc.
The flat is available immediately and flatmates you'd be living with are Tiffany and Aitor; both sociable, working professionals. Please note that bills are around £130 a month in addition to the rent listed.
Viewings are available from this week. This is in a great location with excellent transport links taking you to most parts of London quickly.
