The rent is normally £1233 but I am renting out for £800 while I am away to be closer to family in these difficult times. You will take over a large double bedroom which has its own big bathroom. The rooms has a super king size bed, a desk and wardrobe. The move-in date is flexible but I plan to return on January 15th.
