This is a very lovely flat in a very nice building, 5 minutes walk from Dalston Junction station. The room is decent size with your own private bathroom and there is a massive wooden terrace!

The flat is partly furnished (you will have a bed and a wardrobe in your room, there is a few stuff in the living room and kitchen too but if you have stuff to move with you we can discuss as we might need some more furniture in communal areas as my current flatmates are taking some with them.

It's a 2 bedroom flat so you will be sharing the flat with me, I am a 34 yo French professional, very laid back and I am looking for someone with a similar attitude (no drama please!).

The flat is free from 15th of December, the rent is £925, the deposit is £900 (TBC, it could be a bit less or more but around that) and the bills are probably around £100-£150). No agency fees.
