Hello,

My flatmate and I are looking for a 3rd person to fill a vacant room in a 3 bed / 2 bath flat. The room is available from 11th November.

We are two friendly professionals: I am Tom, British, run my own digital video production company. My flatmate, Johanna, is Austrian and works in marketing.

It’s a very warm, laid back and friendly flat and we are looking for someone similar.

The flat is spacious, modern, bright and fully furnished. It has an open kitchen and living space, with a west facing balcony.

The building comes with a private gym that is included for no extra charge. The building also has lifts, FOB entry, concierge and an accessible 10th floor roof terrace, which is perfect for summer and has a great view across London.

The room is a en suite double room with a large wardrobe, double bed. There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment. The main bathroom is shared by myself 1 other only, you will have a bathroom to yourself.

It is situated in Dalston Square within a mile of the City and there are excellent transport links - Dalston Junction Overground is a 2 minute walk. Bus stops are located even closer. Shoreditch is 6 minutes away on the overground, and 20 minutes on the bus. We are also within 10 minutes of Hoxton, Haggerston & Broadway Market. The flat is situated in the heart of Dalston, with an array of bars, restaurants and pubs in walking distance.

The flat is also a 5 minute walk from Kingsland Shopping Centre which has a large Sainsbury’s. We are also very close to a Coop, Tesco & M&S.

We like to keep the flat clean and tidy. Whilst we are all responsible for the communal area. The flat is pretty clean, and we want someone who will keep it that way.

Rent is £980 a month. We pay bills separately which cost around £100-120 a month each. The bills cost includes: gas, electric, water, broadband, Council Tax and the cleaner. Very fast internet speed!!

We have a private landlord (Jon) who is super nice and very happy to let us get on with things. Whenever we have had any issues (i. e. broken washing machine) he is always quick to respond and help us. As we have a direct relationship with the landlord, there are no estate agent fees.

Deposit is £1000, and the room is available November 11th
