I’m renting my room for 3 weeks (renewable then) from the 9th of November to the 1st of December.
It would be £750 for this three weeks, then you can arrange the price with the agency if you wish to stay longer.
I am sadly leaving this amazing flat, located on the same street as Dalston Junction station, next to great cafes and restaurants.
The flat is bright and spacious, you would have your own bathroom. You would share the flat this 3 weeks with a guy from Argentina. Then, you can chose your own flatmate if you wish to stay.
The flat has an incredible balcony, which you can access from your room or from the living room. The kitchen is integrated with the living room.
The building has a gym (not in use now due to quarantine) and two beautiful terraces where you can go whenever you want.
It is fully furnished. Bills come up to 120 aprox per month (depending summer/winter).
