Spacious double bedroom available to rent in friendly house-share with patio garden in trendy Dalston Junction, zone 2. Just 3 minutes walk from Dalston Junction tube station.

We are looking for a friendly male housemates, who is chilled, can get along well with others, who keeps a tidy and clean home and is a non-smoker.

There are 3 people here already (2 women & 1 man so we are looking for another man for balance in the house) and you will make the fourth person. We are also a Spanish, Italian and English speaking house.

The room is £900 per calendar month with a double bed, large wardrobe with mirror, chest of draws, desk, small sofa and new carpet & rug.

The £900 rent also includes the following bills: Gas, electricity, water, council tax and WiFi. Would suit professional person.

We all share the communal area in the kitchen as it is large, clean, tidy with a separate larder fridge and separate 6 shelf freezer and plenty of cupboard space. There is also a hob, electric oven and plenty of space to cook.

Please note that housemates contribute £25 each per month to a weekly cleaner.

This is a large three floor house with patio garden. There is one very large room (your room) and the other three rooms are all of a similar (but smaller) size. The main bathroom is on the third floor and a separate WC is on the ground floor.

Dalston Junction is an area with many fashionable bars, clubs, restaurants and cafes nearby. Ridley Road Market is 5-mins away, Rio Cinema is 7-mins walk.

The area has 2 mainline train stations and a plethora of buses, so is well connected to the rest of London.

Dalston Junction Overground Station is a 3-minute walk.
Dalston Kingsland Overground Station is a 5- minutes walk.
