This double room in our apartment is only available 2-3 nights per week (Sunday - Wednesday) .
From Wednesday to Saturday my boys aged 17,15 and 12 will also be living in the apartment (which has a total of 5 bedrooms). The lodger will have sole use of the large family bathroom.
We offer flexibility as only require rental payments on the nights the lodger decides to stay. In return, on some occasions the room will not be available. This would be during some of the school holidays if/when the whole apartment is rented out through Airbnb. This might happen 3-5 x weeks in the year and the lodger would have plenty of notice. The lodger would only be able to leave a minimum of personal belongings when not staying in the room.
