Massive double room on a quiet road in Dalston. 2 mins walk from All Press cafe and The Victoria. 7 mins walk to Dalston Junction, hackney Downs/Central and Kingsland overground stations. It's well situated with a walking distance to London Fields, Stokey and Colombia Flower market offering music venues, cinema, theatres and restaurants. Bus stops are nearly just 1 minute walk from the house, with an easy connection to the central London within 30 mins.

There's a great communal kitchen and large living space. Bright and sunny with lots of comforts on top of the usual such as dishwasher, tumble drier and smart TV.

The housemates I’ll sadly be leaving behind are two professional women working in Fashion and Art industries. At times, we like to watch movies and cook together, or if we need quiet time thats fine too. We are looking for a tidy, clean, and respectful female roommate with similar interests.

The room comes with bed, mattress, and 2 really large floor to ceiling wardrobes. It gets lots of light during the day and you will share the bathroom with one roommate. There is plenty of space to put a desk if you work from home. Its unfurnished but I would be happy to sell my furnitures if you need. It would be two shelves, one work desk, clothes rack, etc.

The room itself is £693 then the rest are bills come to about another £100 on top. Our landlord lives in the flat below the house and is great, we're very lucky to have him, he's so helpful, friendly and close.
