Double Bed in social house share

Hello! (Replying Sunday or Monday Night)

We are looking for another professional (guy or girl) to join this social and friendly house. We are looking for someone who is chilled, reasonably clean and tidy, and social.

We all get on very well as a house, and will often do things together in the evenings and at weekends - we are looking for someone who sees this as a plus! However, we are all respectful of everyone’s personal space/own personal lives. We occasionally have nights in/out, and go out for meals together. Friends are always welcome to stay over - it’s a definite bonus if you’re down to go out with our friends for a meal etc (and vice versa).

You’ll be living with two guys and a girl:
Yasmin (26, Tech something) - loves being active (running, cycling, F45 etc etc) and exploring London (having recently moved over from Australia).
Nathaniel (32, scientist) - loves writing and recording music, as well as cinema, gym skateboarding.
Tosin (26, quantity surveyor) - enjoys playing guitar, fitness in its many forms and exploring the city.

The room on offer has:
- Double bed,
- Built-in wardrobe

It is at the front of the house, which unfortunately faces the man road, so it can be noisy at times.

The rent (£830 pcm) is inclusive of all bills (wifi, gas, water and electricity) and council tax. This will remain the case for the entire six months, even if any of the bills increase in price.

The room will be available from 21st May 2024

As a place to live, Dalston is incredibly enjoyable and exciting - there are an abundance of shops, pubs, and bars all within walking distance of the flat.

Transport links are excellent::
- Opposite Dalston Junction station
- 5 minute walk to Dalston Kingsland station
- Plenty of bus stops/routes within a few minute's walk
- Parking spaces on the road behind the property are readily available; a permit, however, is required (these can be acquired relatively easily).
