Looking for someone to take the place of my flat mate who is sadly moving out when the lease expires in March.
The flat is very modern and is on the 11th floor of a relatively newly built apartment block. You would have a double bedroom (pictured) with excellent views of London. You would also have your own large bathroom (not en-suite). The kitchen is well fitted out, including induction hobs, dishwasher, etc. There is also a shared living space which leads out to a terrace with incredible views from Stratford through to Canary Wharf and the City.

The flat is right in the thick of it in Dalston, with loads of great bars/pubs around and supermarkets directly next door / opposite. The flat is directly next to Dalston Kingsland overground station and a couple minutes walk from Dalston Junction overground station.
A bit about me - I am 29, working as a solicitor in the City. Interests include football (how original), hanging out with mates and generally taking in the delights of London’s night life. I’m sociable, easy-going, very clean and tidy. I will often be out and about seeing friends, but also enjoy chilling at the flat.
The lease expires on 16 March 2025, so you would be signing a new lease (12 months, with a 6 month break clause).
